1. Park Ridge Fine Arts Symphony, under the direction of Barbara Schubert, presents “Symphonic Swing” at 8 p.m. July 6 at Hodges Park, 101 Courtland Ave., Park Ridge. 2. “From Hollywood, With Love,” a tribute to songs from Hollywood movies, will be presented at 7 p.m. July 6-7, 13-14 and 2 p.m. July 8 at St. Mary of the Woods Parish, 7033 N. Moselle Ave., Chicago. The second annual Sarah Lazarus Memorial Concert, held in cooperation with Chicago YIVO Society and featuring the Lori Cahan-Simon Ensemble performing “Vessel of Song: The Music of Mikhl Gelbart,” will be presented from 1:30-3 p.m. July 8 at the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, 9603 Woods Drive, Skokie. Lori Cahan-Simon, vocals, Steve Greenman, violin, and Walt Mahovlich, accordion, will perform Yiddish song. $10 for general admission; free to museum members.
