Finance professor buys Skokie house

SKOKIE — Efraim Benmelech and Shikra Benmelech purchased a home at 3934 Crain St. in Skokie from Jeffrey L. Cohen and Zenia R. Cohen on July 18. The 60-year-old, six-bedroom, six-bath, 3,186 square-foot home sold for $570,000.
Efraim Benmelech is an associate professor of finance at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
