Real estate analyst buys 41-year-old Skokie home

SKOKIE — Nick Verveniotis and Krisanthi Nakos purchased a home Oct. 4 at 5238 Pratt Ave. in Skokie from the Judith I. Liquist trust. The 41-year-old, four-bed, three-bath, 2,996-square-foot home sold for $410,000.
Nick Verveniotis is an analyst at Integra Realty Resources. He attended the DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
